Who runs this site

Scottsdale Restaurants is operated by FlashCat LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us").

What the service is

Scottsdale Restaurants is a free guide to restaurants and bars in Scottsdale and a free way to send private dining requests to restaurants. We don't operate any restaurant, take reservations or handle payments. Restaurants set their own menus, prices and policies and are solely responsible for their food, service and events. We may have business relationships with restaurants we feature.

Information on the site

Ratings, hours and details come from Google and from restaurants' own websites, and can change. Check with the restaurant before you go.

Your request and consent

When you send a request and tick the consent box, you agree that we may share what you send with restaurants that may be able to host you, and that we and those restaurants may call, text and email you about that request, including automated texts. Consent isn't a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Photos

Photos belong to the restaurants they show. Owners can ask us to remove a photo on the photo removal page.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, FlashCat LLC isn't liable for any restaurant's food, service, events or conduct, or for indirect or consequential losses from using this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change.
