How we pick
Scottsdale Restaurants is a guide to eating and drinking in Scottsdale. We don't take reservations or sell tables. Every restaurant links straight to its own website so you book with them.
How a restaurant makes a list
For each page we start with the places Google itself shows for that search in Scottsdale, then keep the ones with a strong rating from enough reviewers: usually a 4.3 or higher from at least 150 people, and 4.5 from 300 for the best restaurants list. Area pages include everything rated 4.0 or higher.
A place with a 4.6 from 2,000 reviewers counts for more than a 4.9 from twelve. A handful of reviews can swing a rating, so we weigh the rating against how many people gave it.
The rest is our call. We add and move up places we think deserve it, including newer spots that haven't piled up reviews yet.
Kept current
Ratings, review counts and hours come from Google Maps and were last checked in October 2026. We add new restaurants as they open.
Photos
Photos come from each restaurant's own website or Instagram. If you'd like a photo of your restaurant changed or taken down, tell us here and we'll take care of it.
Private dining requests
When you send a group request from the private dining page, we pass it to the venues that fit and they reply to you directly. It's free to ask.
